At Nando's, we are totally committed to the support and service of our franchisees. With our head office located in Richmond, British Columbia, and a regional office in Richmond Hill, Ontario, franchisees receive corporate support in both provinces where Nando's restaurants are located. Our team has been assembled to assist in the key functions of operations, training, construction, accounting, franchising and marketing.
Our District Managers are the direct link to our franchisees through their frequent on-site visits. In addition to their primary function of providing experienced and knowledgeable feedback and guidance, they also ensure that our high standards of product quality, cleanliness and customer service are consistently met in all locations.
All franchisees receive six weeks of intensive training conducted at a corporate store.
The training is hands-on and covers preparation and serving of the products, operation of the restaurant, advertising and promotion, staff training and administration as well as customer service.
