Roasted Reds Dip
Serves a Crowd

1 16 oz container sour cream
1 8 oz container whipped cream cheese
1 jar Nando’s Roasted Reds Cooking & Grilling Sauce

Blend 16 oz sour cream with 8 oz whipped cream cheese until smooth consistency. Add 1/2 jar (or more) Roasted Reds Cooking & Grilling Sauce and thoroughly mix.

Serve with tortilla chips, warm pita bread, crudités or crackers.



Ham & Peach Kebabs with Apricot Mustard Glaze
Serves 4 (can be doubled)

1/2 to 1 jar Nando’s Sweet Apricot Cooking & Grilling Sauce
4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks
2 8-10 oz ham steaks cut into 1inch pieces

Prepare barbeque (medium high heat) Whisk Nando’s Sweet Apricot sauce in bowl with mustard and lemon juice to blend. Alternate ham chunks and peach chunks on 8 metal skewers. Brush with apricot glaze. Sprinkle with black pepper. Grill until ham is slightly charred and fruit is softened, turning and brushing with additional glaze, about 6 minutes.
